GeoSteel LLC

GeoSteel LLC is one of the largest foreign direct industrial investments in Georgia. The company is a joint venture between JSW Steel Netherlands BV (wholly owned by India's JSW) and Georgian Steel Group Holding Ltd (GSGHL). JSW is a trusted name in global steel production, with interests in mining, energy, cement, infrastructure, construction systems and logistics.

By supplying construction rebar locally, GeoSteel has boosted customer efficiency and optimized their operations. Furthermore, the company is helping revive Georgia's metallurgical industry and strengthen the economy by producing construction materials from local scrap metal. Our ambition is industry leadership across the Caucasus region.
